SOS!SEN: Guiding Families, Changing Lives
SOS!SEN is a registered charity established in 2002 by a dedicated group with extensive experience in education and related fields.
Their mission is to assist parents in navigating the complexities of securing appropriate educational support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Today, their team comprises over 70 volunteers, many of whom have first-hand experience in advocating for their own children's needs. Drawing from personal journeys, they offer empathetic and informed guidance to parents facing similar challenges. The crucial support they offer to parents is sustained through generous donations, as well as proceeds from their Surrey-based charity shop. These contributions enable them to continue providing a lifeline to families in need.
