Anti Slavery Initiative Oxford: A journey of hope and restoration
ASIOX exists both to raise awareness of modern slavery and to find ways to directly support survivors.
In 2023 ASIOX launched the Survivor Support Hub which supports individuals who have been exploited, or who are deemed at risk of exploitation. Their aim is to support and equip them through advocacy and friendship to come out of exploitative work situations, find new employment, and rebuild their lives.
Their Vision: A world free of people being exploited as commodities for personal or commercial gain.
Their Mission: To raise awareness and equip individuals in identifying exploitation and to foster the restoration process of survivors.
